Job Description

  • Internship in the Production Department as a Supervisor Assistant, with primary responsibilities including recording and summarizing the performance data of the production process. Evaluated the work efficiency of employees in the chicken processing production line. Led two improvement projects: 1. Reducing the percentage of defects in chicken liver products using the QC Story quality improvement tool, and 2. Identifying the optimal conditions of factors affecting the chicken plucking machine to reduce defects in chicken carcasses and enhance plucking efficiency through experimental design.
