Job Description

  • Organized and reviewed purchase tax documents and sales tax documents - Photocopied receipts and expense documents from original documents - Recorded information related to the preparation of Value Added Tax (VAT) for both purchase and sales tax, including monthly expense data, into QuickBooks Pro accounting software - Recorded expense data and prepared tax listings, including withholding tax forms P.N.D. 3 and P.N.D. 53, and Value Added Tax form P.P. 30, using QuickBooks Pro accounting software - Converted recorded purchase and sales tax data from QuickBooks Pro into Microsoft Excel file format for verification and report preparation - Recorded withholding tax information into a Microsoft Excel file for verification and tax document preparation.
