Job Description

  • Provide courteous and friendly service and welcome passengers at the check-in counter and boarding gate. Organize passenger lines and provide clear and easy-to-understand instructions on how to use the service. Assist passengers in various situations, including resolving immediate problems quickly and appropriately. Coordinate with relevant teams to support smooth operations. Verify information and facilitate passengers' travel procedures accurately and efficiently.
