Job Description

  • The primary responsibilities include providing services and facilitating assistance to customers within the shopping center by offering information and clearly guiding them to various stores or service points. Additionally, I manage and coordinate cases of lost property in a systematic manner. Furthermore, I am responsible for ensuring basic safety by assisting customers in the event of accidents and coordinating transportation to hospitals. I also handle customer complaints regarding the services of the stores and take appropriate and professional action to resolve issues.
