Job Description

  • - Supervise and manage the construction of residential houses, including small to large buildings, in accordance with the established plans.
  • - Inspect the quality of structural work, architectural work, and various systems to ensure compliance with designs and standards.
  • - Coordinate closely with engineers, contractors, and project owners to ensure smooth operations.
  • - Control labor and plan work on-site to ensure everything proceeds according to schedule and efficiency.
  • - Check the quality of completed work and promptly resolve any issues that arise on-site.
  • - Utilize AutoCAD for drafting to achieve accurate and clear designs.
  • - Create 3D models using SketchUp to assist in effective presentation and construction planning.
