Job Description

  • The position assigned during the cooperative education internship at the Eastern Northeastern Veterinary Research and Development Center was that of a laboratory intern, serving as an assistant to laboratory scientists. I gained practical experience in three main areas: the Department of Pathology and Information, the Department of Animal Disease Diagnosis, and the Department of Livestock Product Quality Inspection across ten laboratories, including the sample reception laboratory, pathology laboratory, parasitology laboratory, immunology and serum laboratory, toxicology and biochemistry laboratory, chemistry laboratory, virology laboratory, milk quality analysis laboratory, bacteriology and mycology laboratory, and microbiology laboratory. Additionally, I conducted a cooperative education project on the detection and identification of Burkholderia pseudomallei from soil samples collected from goat farms in the lower Northeastern region of Thailand.
