Job Description

  • - Consideration of claims for various types of compensation, such as automobile insurance policies, compensation under the COVID-19 Act, including the refund of insurance premiums in cases of policy cancellation.
  • - Receive applications/claims and respond to inquiries while providing advice to creditors in various situations.
  • - Coordinate with external agencies to support the evaluation process.
  • - Other tasks as assigned.
