Job Description

• - Verify the accuracy of incoming materials against documentation and specifications before entering the production process.
• - Control and inspect quality during the production process (In-process Inspection).
• - Inspect and analyze the defect rate, including tracking issues of non-conforming products (NG) on the production line.
• - Coordinate with on-site staff to identify the root causes of problems and prevent recurrence.
• - Implement quality improvement activities (Kaizen) to reduce waste and enhance efficiency in the production process.
• - Inspect the quality of finished products to ensure compliance with standards before proceeding to the next process.
• - Record and report inspection results, including summarizing trends in quality issues.
