Job Description

  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Developed and managed dashboards using Power BI to monitor quality trends and the real-time status of instrument calibrations, reducing reporting time and enhancing decision-making efficiency for management.
  • Calibration Management: Oversaw the calibration plan for measuring instruments, particularly scales in the production line, for over 80 items, while conducting daily verifications to ensure accuracy in compliance with legal standards and company requirements.
  • Chemical Safety Inspection: Conducted screening for pesticide residues in vegetables and measured formalin levels in seafood to ensure compliance with standard values and regulations set by the FDA.
  • Document and Standard Control (SOP/WI/Spec): Created and updated SOP documents, Work Instructions (WI), and Specification Sheets for raw materials and finished products to align with GHP and HACCP standards.
  • Incoming QC: Managed the inspection of incoming raw materials, verified Certificates of Analysis (COA), and conducted sampling according to the sampling plan to mitigate risks associated with non-standard raw materials entering the production process.
  • Problem Management and Corrective Actions (CAPA): Conducted root cause analysis upon identifying defects and established CAPA measures to systematically prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Hygiene Audit: Assessed personal hygiene of production staff and controlled cleanliness standards to prevent cross-contamination.
