Job Description

  • - Schedule appointments for clients of each tour program
  • - Verify accommodation booking emails
  • - Prepare souvenirs for the agency
  • - Organize immigration and customs documents
  • - Escort groups of clients at the airport
  • - Set up sales booths for the company at events
  • - Input information confirmed by hotels, restaurants, and bus services into the company system for each tour program
  • - Schedule guides according to the dates provided by Operations
  • - Create separate folders for each group in Google Drive
  • - Book tickets for the zoo as part of the Hokkaido tour program
  • - Enter clients' passport details into the system for compiling names and room assignments for each day according to the itinerary
  • - Verify the accuracy of clients' names in Thai and English, passport numbers, dates of birth, expiration dates, room types, and phone numbers.
