Job Description

  • - Developed ready-to-eat frozen food products according to customer requirements (7-11 and Makro)
  • - Developed cooked rice products, including cooked jasmine rice and cooked rice berry
  • - Prepared documentation including Product Specification, Formula, Product Information, Support Document, and Validation Document
  • - Oversaw the production of Test Runs, Pilot Tests, Trial Batches, and First Batches for all products under my responsibility
  • - Planned Validation experiments to test the Critical Control Points (CCP) of the products under my responsibility
  • - Managed departmental documentation, including accounting documents, asset listings, and departmental inventory
  • - Conducted raw material trials to identify substitute ingredients
  • - Tested packaging materials, including stickers, cups, lids, paper bands, and cardboard boxes
