Job Description

  • • Conduct recruitment according to the Manpower Request of each department.
  • • Post job advertisements through Social Media and Job Boards to increase the number of applicants.
  • • Screen candidates initially to meet the requirements.
  • • Coordinate interview schedules with relevant departments.
  • • Monitor and control the recruitment process to ensure it adheres to the plan and timeline.
  • • Oversee onboarding and follow up on the probationary period until completion.
  • • Create promotional materials for job positions and internal communications.
  • • Participate in job fairs to enhance recruitment channels.
