Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
  • - Plan and execute Influencer & Affiliate Marketing strategies to drive sales (GMV) and Brand Awareness.
  • - Select, contact, and manage relationships with Influencers / KOLs / Affiliate Creators at all levels (Nano – Top Tier).
  • - Negotiate Rates, Scope of Work, and Content Usage Rights to maximize budget efficiency.
  • - Design Campaigns and define Content Direction (Hook, Key Message, Selling Point) to enhance Conversion.
  • - Write briefs, review drafts, and provide feedback on content to ensure quality aligns with Brand Guidelines.
  • - Plan and manage both short-term (Campaign Burst) and long-term (Always-on) Campaigns.
  • - Manage timelines and ensure Creators deliver work as scheduled.
  • - Oversee and expand the Affiliate network (300+ creators) to increase sales and scale the business.
  • - Manage the Affiliate system on platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada), including Commission and Incentive Programs.
  • - Analyze individual Performance (Creator-level) and Campaign Performance (CTR, CVR, GMV, ROI).
  • - Optimize Performance by platform to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • - Summarize daily/weekly/monthly Reports with Insights and improvement recommendations (Action Plan).
  • - Analyze the Funnel (Traffic → Conversion → Revenue) to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • - Analyze Competitors, particularly their Affiliate and Content strategies, to adapt for the brand.
  • - Plan and drive major Campaigns such as Mega Campaigns / Double Dates to boost sales.
  • - Design Incentive Programs to motivate Creator Performance.
  • - Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, E-commerce, Graphic, Operation) to ensure campaign execution.
  • - Manage budget allocation and control Cost per Result.
  • - Oversee documentation and back-office operations such as PO, Creator Payments, Tracking Invoices.
  • - Resolve immediate issues such as delayed submissions from Creators or underperformance.
