Job Description

  • - Conducted microbial testing on raw material samples and finished products - Microbial tests included Total Plate Count, Total Yeast and Mold, Coliform, E. coli, Salmonella spp., Clostridium spp., Clostridium perfringens, Candida albicans, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Bacillus subtilis - Monitored environmental quality within the laboratory (Microbial Environmental Control, Swab Test, Air Test) - Assessed personal hygiene and recorded results - Operated under the company's GMP and SOP systems - Inspected and documented daily checks of equipment not ready for operation.
