Job Description

• - Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks in remarketing and asset management processes.
• - Manage end-of-lease vehicle decisions, including retention or sale, based on vehicle condition and used car market trends.
• - Analyze used car sales data to forecast resale values and determine the optimal timing for vehicle disposition.
• - Maximize remarketing profit and reduce stock idle time by aligning sales strategies with market conditions.
• - Enhance Pool Fleet management to improve efficiency and align fleet availability with market demand.
• - Monitor used car pricing trends and provide insights to support pricing strategies.
• - Provide data-driven recommendations for Residual Value (RV) settings and actively participate in RV Committee decisions.
• - Track new vehicle market movements to support RV planning and remarketing strategies.
• - Maintain and update accessory and option price lists for vans and pickup trucks, and organize data for entry into the MILES system.
• - Manage pricing-related data for MILES system input, including maintenance costs, insurance rates, vehicle pricing, promotions, and other vehicle information.
• - Lead and develop the Remarketing team, fostering continuous learning and improving overall team performance.

Job Description

• Coordinate quality assurance activities, including system assessments, to ensure compliance with established quality standards. Investigate and analyze issues related to non-conforming parts, covering body and accessory components, based on customer feedback and claims. Work closely with suppliers to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and follow up on progress according to agreed plans. Conduct on-site supplier audits (QAV) to review processes, verify product quality, and assess overall supplier performance. Prepare and submit detailed claim reports between suppliers and customers. Collect and analyze market claim data, and share key findings with the quality management team and relevant stakeholders. Inspect and verify sample parts and initial production batches after corrective actions have been implemented. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of quality assurance systems and processes within the Market Quality team.
