Job Description

  • 1. Recruitment of office and retail staff (management level and front-line service staff)
  • - Sourcing through channels such as jobthai/jobbkk/facebook/posting job advertisements
  • - Scheduling job interviews, conducting interviews, and checking and compiling applicant documents
  • - Submitting applicant resumes to management for the next round of interviews
  • - Notifying candidates of their start date and overseeing their first day of work, as well as facilitating their integration into the respective department
  • • In the case of front-line service staff
  • - Conducting phone interviews, informing candidates of salary and start date
  • - Coordinating with branches to communicate information about new employees
  • - Preparing uniforms for employees and delivering them to the respective branches
  • 1. Recruitment of employees (foreign workers)
  • - Actively sourcing and interviewing employees at various locations (in Bangkok, surrounding areas, provinces, and abroad)
  • - Managing the importation of employees (recruiting 50-100 employees weekly)
  • - Following up with agencies regarding the employee importation process
  • - Overseeing onboarding processes, uniforms, accommodation, and training
  • - Coordinating with agencies regarding employee issues or inquiries about documentation
  • 2. Managing employee transfers to new branches
  • - Compiling lists and numbers of employees being transferred
  • - Finding accommodations and relocating employees to new housing
  • - Coordinating regulations and issuing employee access cards for the mall
  • 3. Generating reports on employee attendance and departures to analyze new hiring needs and address employee turnover issues.
