Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store in accordance with company standards - including sales, stock management, and sales floor readiness - supervise the team during shifts, allocate manpower, resolve on-site issues, and monitor performance - handle customer complaints, address immediate problems, and support cashier operations - ensure product quality and safety by checking product temperatures, expiration dates, and the safety of the operational area - manage cash and cashier operations, approve special transactions, verify the accuracy of cash documents, and close sales at the end of shifts (Cash Settlement) - coordinate with internal and external departments, such as suppliers and support teams, while reporting to the Store Manager - prepare daily performance reports summarizing sales, issues, and improvement strategies to control and reduce losses - establish and control the inspection system for near-expiry products and implement appropriate markdowns - inspect damaged/defective products and accurately record data according to the system - monitor the temperature of refrigerated/frozen products to minimize product loss - verify the accuracy of operational processes, such as product scanning, promotions, and issuing discounts - prevent losses from theft and internal fraud - check and conduct random stock counts while analyzing discrepancies - analyze and develop operational performance - analyze Know Loss and Unknown Loss data to identify causes and plan loss reduction strategies - impart knowledge and train employees on loss prevention and operational standards - manage payroll, verify attendance, control labor costs, and maintain employee documentation - plan and implement strategies to increase sales both In-Store and Out-Store.
