Job Description

  • Evaluate and monitor relevant legal agreements, along with reviewing environmental aspects on a monthly basis - Plan field visits and coordinate work with the EHS team to support operations in accordance with safety standards - Conduct safety patrols at various project sites covering 5 projects - Oversee and verify contractor documents within the company’s system while tracking the progress of project engineers - Prepare safety communications and safety-related promotional materials within the organization - Compile environmental and safety documentation for submission to government agencies and relevant authorities - Plan schedules and coordinate GWO training for company employees - Prepare weekly meeting minutes and conduct safety training/briefings before work commencement (Safety Induction / Toolbox Talk) for employees and contractors.
