Job Description

  • - Extract quantities and estimate costs for materials, labor, and project expenses in construction projects.
  • - Prepare detailed estimates for additional and reduced work in the project.
  • - Create documentation for budget change approval requests.
  • - Draft structural designs, truss work, and preliminary architectural designs using Autodesk Revit.
  • - Quantify structural and architectural work using Autodesk Revit to calculate material quantities and costs for the project.
