Job Description

  • - Plan and control the daily production schedule while coordinating between departments on the production line to ensure continuous workflow according to the plan.
  • - Prepare tasks and clearly assign responsibilities to operational staff to reduce confusion in work processes.
  • - Verify the readiness of personnel and machinery before, during, and after production to prevent issues that may impact the production process.
  • - Control product quality to meet established standards, minimizing waste and rework.
  • - Monitor and manage production output to align with set targets.
  • - Analyze problems arising in the production process and implement improvements to enhance work efficiency.
  • - Prepare summary reports on production results and encountered issues for presentation to management for decision-making.
