Job Description :

Nutrition Assessment - Calculate energy and nutrient requirements based on medical conditions (Energy, Protein requirements) - Plan and provide nutritional therapy for patients with various diseases including NCDs, Cancer, and BURN - Monitor treatment outcomes in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to adjust nutritional plans accordingly - Provide guidance to patients and their families to ensure proper adherence to dietary recommendations.
