Job Description

  • Monitor the progress and status of project planning, construction permit applications, architectural/landscape architecture/interior design construction documents. Track the progress and status of structural construction permit applications and building system works. Ensure that construction activities align with the sales-construction-transfer plan. Prepare the sales office and support various tasks related to sales promotion. Assist and support various activities in project launches or related tasks. Coordinate within the project with the CON department and legal affairs regarding project allocation and utility easement matters.
  • Coordinate and oversee the design of architectural, interior design, and landscape architecture works to ensure timely design and preparation of documents for construction permits, construction drawings, and material lists in accordance with deadlines, TOR, and the company's operational plan. Combine architectural designs with structural and building system designs to provide information for the production drawing (precast) preparation. Coordinate with the estimation department, procurement department, and relevant suppliers in the development and selection of materials, comparing specifications of each product to ensure quality and modernity in line with the construction plan and budget. Monitor progress and control the quality of architectural, interior design, and landscape architecture works during the design phase, construction process, and warranty period.
