Job Description

  • 1. Recruitment (Mass Recruiter)
  • - Announce job vacancies and conduct interviews
  • - Verify application documents
  • 2. Coordination (Coordinator)
  • - Design work sheets to record data and summarize results
  • - PIVOT
  • - VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
  • - ARRAYFORMULA / QUERY etc.
  • - Coordinate with other departments to exchange, verify, and correct information
  • - Review and record applicant documents for the Recruitment Team
  • - Submit statistical data records of the Recruitment Team for KPI evaluation
  • - Send appointment messages to candidates via SMS and phone calls
  • - Provide consultation, answer questions, and address issues for the Recruitment Team and candidates
  • 3. Other Responsibilities
  • - Prepare equipment for new Recruiters, such as mobile phones, SIM cards, and office access cards
