Job Description :

- Enter ticket data into the system and update daily or according to customer delivery schedules.
- Verify fuel refill data in the system.
- Ensure the accuracy of fuel refills throughout the month according to operational schedules.
- Regularly check the accuracy of trip distances and actual distances for the vehicle.
- Verify delivery distances for customer adjustments in compliance with regulations.
- Set fuel rates appropriate for the vehicle and traffic conditions.
- Prepare revenue estimates.
- Prepare trip cost estimates.
- Follow up on any outstanding tickets with customers to ensure resolution by the end of each month.
