Job Description

  • - Plan and execute the procurement of goods/raw materials to ensure sufficient availability for use
  • - Compare prices and select appropriate suppliers
  • - Control costs and inspect product quality
  • - Manage inventory, receiving and dispatching, and stock control
  • - Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions
  • - Issue purchase orders (PO) and track delivery status
  • - Coordinate with the warehouse, accounting, and relevant departments
  • - Prepare procurement reports and analyze data
  • - Verify stock accuracy and generate reports
