  • Receive reports of incidents where customers are not using credit cards/accounts in cases of fraud by criminals, theft, lost cards, check the status of accounts that have been frozen, shell accounts, and accounts that have been summoned by the police.

Job Description

  • Provide customers with information regarding credit cards and cash cards, including monitoring card usage, addressing issues related to card usage, and handling complaints about various banking services. Follow up with customers after coordinating on assigned cases until resolution, including call back cases from customers who contact after service hours and call back cases that cannot be transferred by skilled staff. Provide information regarding accounts and debit cards, including verifying transactions on debit card accounts, addressing issues related to deposits, withdrawals, and transfers through ATM, CDM, and SCB Easy App. Advise on applying for home loans, personal loans, and individual business loans. Recommend interest rate reductions upon reaching the designated period, and follow up on interest rate adjustments, refinancing, and account closures for all customers. Provide information regarding the bank's credit cards, monitor credit card applications, track promotions, reward point redemptions, and oversee permanent and temporary credit limit increases. Report issues related to card usage by fraudsters, investigate unusual card usage, and notify customers accordingly.
