Job Description

  • - Prepared culture media for microbiological experiments by measuring and mixing ingredients accurately to ensure optimal growth conditions for various microorganisms.
  • - Set up and verified the readiness of laboratory equipment and tools, conducting thorough checks to confirm they were functioning properly before use in experiments.
  • - Cleaned and arranged equipment meticulously according to aseptic techniques, ensuring all surfaces were free from contaminants to maintain a sterile working environment.

Job Description

  • - Conduct raw milk quality inspections prior to the production process (Raw milk inspection), including assessments of color, odor, and basic parameters.
  • - Analyze product quality during UHT and Pasteurization processes.
  • - Perform microbiological analyses (Total plate count, Yeast & Mold, Coliform, E. coli).
  • - Measure physical and chemical properties such as pH and product characteristics.
  • - Select and evaluate the potential of microorganisms for pectinase enzyme production to enhance juice clarity.
  • - Isolate microorganisms from vegetable and fruit samples using aseptic techniques.
  • - Culture and screen microorganisms with potential for pectinase enzyme production.
  • - Analyze sample quality using Optical Density (OD), pH, % Transmittance, and Total Solids of juice samples.
  • - Evaluate the clarity of juice after enzyme application.
  • - Analyze and summarize experimental results.
