• Process Name: Glass Assembly for Front Right Door, which involves the assembly of automotive glass.
• Work Steps:
• 1. Review the Priority Schedule or daily production plan.
• 2. Prepare the machinery, check the working equipment, and ensure the tools are in good condition.
• 3. Prepare various parts including nuts, bolts, and components to be assembled.
• 4. Prepare the different parts to be assembled with the body.
• 5. Review the Production Sheet attached to the vehicle to identify the type.
• 6. Assemble according to the operational procedures.
• 7. In case of any issues, record them in the Production Sheet attached to the vehicle and inform the supervisor to acknowledge the problem and seek immediate solutions.
