Job Description

  • 1. Plan and conduct machinery inspections according to schedule, and prepare maintenance records.
  • 2. Analyze the causes of machinery malfunctions and carry out repairs to restore normal operation as quickly as possible, while improving machinery or systems for better performance, reducing waste, and conserving energy.
  • 3. Analyze and improve production process steps in the industrial plant when abnormalities occur in the production line, and propose corrective measures.
  • 4. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) to ensure that employees perform their tasks in accordance with production standards.
