Job Description

  • Test the effect of exosomes on the motility of bile duct cancer cells using the wound healing assay.
  • Test the effect of exosomes on the expression of MMP-2, N-cadherine, and E-cadherine proteins using the Western blot technique.
  • Cell culture /Prepare cell culture media for culturing bile duct cancer cells (KKU-100, KKU-213A) using the MTT assay.
  • Perform aseptic technique RNA /Protein extraction.
  • Check laboratory equipment to ensure it is ready for use.
  • Routine lab tasks such as measuring chemicals, claving equipment for lab work.
