Job Description

  • Database Maintenance: Updated and audited employee personal records (address, contact info, and ID expiration) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Filing System Optimization: Reorganized physical and digital personnel files by department to streamline document retrieval.
  • Administrative Support: Managed HR documentation, including scanning, photocopying, and maintaining stocks of essential forms (e.g., job applications, provident fund documents)
