Job Description

  • - Prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
  • - Control the budget to remain within the specified limits
  • - Monitor the progress of construction to ensure completion within the designated timeframe
  • - Obtain necessary permits from government agencies and relevant authorities
  • - Participate in meetings and discussions with related parties
  • - Prepare Terms of Reference (TOR) documents and review contracts
  • - Create shop drawings for minor scopes
  • - Review shop drawings for construction permit applications for access road connections, rainwater systems, and wastewater systems
  • - Deliver the site to the client
  • - Conduct price comparisons of contractor proposals
