Job Description

Plan, design, and execute experimental projects according to assigned topics in a systematic manner, controlling timelines and monitoring outcomes to ensure adherence to established plans. - Responsible for overseeing long-term experiments, including preparing facilities, establishing systems, and ensuring that equipment and resources are suitable for the work conditions. - Manage the laboratory, verify the readiness of instruments, equipment, and chemicals, and oversee the orderliness and safety of operations. - Study and compile data from research, academic databases, and relevant documents for use in planning and improving experimental projects. - Conduct fieldwork to collect data and monitor experimental projects in collaboration with farmers. - Support teaching and practical activities by preparing equipment, demonstrating usage, and providing guidance to undergraduate students. - Participate in knowledge dissemination activities such as exhibitions, training sessions, and workshops.
