Job Description

  • • Monitor and control the operations of all contractors within the project to ensure compliance with agreements and building standards.
  • • Issue invoices, receipts, common area fees, water charges, rent, and other expenses within the project, while following up on payments.
  • • Prepare monthly payment checks and verify the accuracy of related payment documents.
  • • Prepare documents for monthly expense requests for the project.
