Job Description

  • - Install and troubleshoot Software and Hardware
  • - Provide Remote Support via Remote Desktop and VNC
  • - Offer On-call IT problem-solving services
  • - Configure IP Network and manage basic network systems
  • - Oversee and install IP Phone systems (Cisco, 3CX)
  • - Perform cabling and label within the Server cabinet
  • - Coordinate with external Vendors
  • - Manage and oversee IT assets (Asset Management)
  • - Install and enroll Mobile Devices (Android and iOS)
