Job Description

  • OD & HRD (Organization Development & Human Resource Development) is a human resources function that plays a crucial role in organizational development and enhancing employee potential to grow in the same direction. Organization Development primarily focuses on the development of the "organization," with responsibilities that include analyzing organizational structure, work processes, and organizational culture to improve and design work systems for greater efficiency. This may involve restructuring teams to align with the company's strategy, developing Core Values, and fostering an organizational culture conducive to work, as well as managing change during periods of organizational adaptation, such as business expansion or the introduction of new technologies.
  • HRD, or Human Resource Development, focuses on the development of "personnel" within the organization. Its responsibilities include designing and implementing training and development plans to enhance new skills (Upskill) and modernize existing skills (Reskill) for employees. Additionally, it involves planning career paths and preparing for key positions in the future (Succession Planning), as well as overseeing the performance management system, providing feedback, coaching, and developing high-potential employees.
