Job Description

  • Document and Administrative Management - Prepare and manage safety-related documents such as work permits, safety inspection forms, and inspection reports in an organized manner, allowing for easy retrospective verification and access. - Categorize and store departmental files to enhance the speed of retrieval and support audits from relevant agencies. - Record and maintain data on accident investigations, summarizing key issues for analysis and prevention of recurrence. - Compile a list of training participants and track employee safety training information. - Prepare and submit the registration of safety officer positions electronically, in accordance with the requirements of relevant authorities. - Create minutes and reports for safety committee meetings, following up on action items. - Coordinate documentation with various departments to ensure continuous and accurate safety operations. - Support safety initiatives and on-site coordination. - Conduct safety training and communication before work starts to foster understanding and reduce operational risks. - Inspect work areas and work permit documents for high-risk tasks to ensure compliance with safety standards. - Measure workplace environmental conditions, such as lighting levels, and prepare reports for improvement purposes. - Inspect safety equipment, such as chemical storage cabinets and fire extinguishers, according to the established plan to ensure they are always ready for use. - Evaluate fire evacuation drill performance and summarize results to propose development strategies. - Check and allocate personal protective equipment suitable for the nature of employees' work. - Develop safety inspection forms that identify hazards, assess risks, and summarize reports to propose corrective actions. - Coordinate with supervisors and employees in each department to ensure effective safety operations.
