Job Description

  • - Responsible for overseeing and executing sales operations to increase revenue and build customer confidence by professionally presenting products and services that meet customer needs.
  • - Closely manage and maintain relationships with existing clients by monitoring satisfaction and providing support to ensure clients feel assured in the services received.
  • - Identify and create opportunities for acquiring new clients through market analysis and various trends, including participating in events or meetings to build a quality network.
  • - Coordinate with the team to ensure the delivery of the best services to clients, both in terms of product information and prompt resolution of any issues that arise.
  • - Analyze sales results and prepare reports to propose strategies for improving sales effectiveness.
