Job Description

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on the building to ensure it is ready for occupancy. Inspect the condition of guest rooms and usable areas to ensure they are in good working order. Resolve any issues that arise, such as electrical, plumbing, and in-room equipment, to ensure they are functioning properly. Oversee the orderliness and safety of the building, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations at every stage.
