Job Description

  • Coordinate and receive briefs from designers, collaborate on concept development, and select props for styling purposes. Manage the budget to achieve the highest quality within the specified cost, while sourcing materials and props and checking the inventory of outstanding items. Ensure alignment with both design and cost objectives. Oversee the installation and arrangement on-site to ensure the results align with the established Visual Concept. Verify the final details and manage revisions based on client feedback to ensure the work is as complete as possible. Clear purchase bills for the accounting department. After project completion, accurately summarize and clear purchase bills in collaboration with the accounting department. Analyze remaining stock and manage it through online channels to convert assets into revenue and reduce sunk costs.
