Job Description

  • Internship Position: Research Assistant
  • Military Medical Science Research Institute (April 2025 – June 2025)
  • - Conducted blood analysis using thick film and thin film methods to detect Plasmodium parasites.
  • - Collected swab samples from the nasal cavity, axillary, and inguinal regions.
  • - Cultivated bacteria on Mannitol Salt Agar (MSA) to isolate Staphylococcus spp.
  • - Screened for Staphylococcus aureus to differentiate between MRSA and MSSA.
  • - Assisted in genetic data analysis (genotyping) compared to international databases.
