Job Description

Responsible for the installation of Network, Data Link, CCTV, and Access Control systems in real environments, including planning installation points, supervising technicians to ensure compliance with standards, and verifying the readiness of equipment to ensure the system is 100% operational. - Conduct system inspections and testing prior to handover. - Perform signal testing and assess the functionality of security systems on-site. - Immediately rectify technical deficiencies to ensure the highest quality of work as agreed with clients. - Coordinate technical matters and communicate between departments. - Act as a liaison for on-site information between clients and management, prioritize installation tasks, and clearly report project progress to ensure timely completion and reduce communication errors. - Provide technical support and user training. - Offer guidance and demonstrate basic system usage to clients after installation, while promptly analyzing and resolving technical issues on-site to maintain system continuity and build client confidence.
