Job Description

  • - Receive repair requests through various channels (Phone, Line, Email, N-Smart)
  • - Manage Clinical Engineering Services documentation
  • - Maintain and archive all necessary corrective team documents
  • - Coordinate, procure, prepare, and maintain records of repair requests, documents, spare parts, and other related equipment to support departmental needs
  • - Collaborate with other Clinical Engineering Services teams
  • - Coordinate with relevant departments within the hospital
  • - Liaise with associated companies involved in operations
  • - Provide services to address basic customer inquiries
  • - Manage customer relationships
