Job Description

  • 1. OEM Work
  • • Control and plan the acceptance inspection of OEM products in collaboration with QA DC before receiving them into the company to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • • Plan and control the random sampling of OEM products to verify quality, record results, and evaluate outcomes.
  • • Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) for suppliers.
  • • Establish quality assessment criteria or classify OEM suppliers in collaboration with the procurement department for contracting purposes.
  • • Coordinate and act as an evaluator according to the plan for the annual evaluation of OEM suppliers.
  • • Develop, improve, and set standards for OEM products in collaboration with the research and development department.
  • • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and protocols for the standards required in the inspection of OEM products.
  • • Establish a quality management system for Process Control in OEM products.
  • • Report audit results and analyze non-conformance (Nc) products of OEM items arising from production process control using quality tools such as QC tools and present them at the Management Review meeting.
  • 2. Quality System
  • • Conduct internal and external audits (DC warehouse, branches, or shops) of the quality system.
  • • Monitor and coordinate internal and external audit follow-ups of the quality system.
  • • Develop and verify the traceability and product recall systems for OEM products according to the factory's quality system.
  • • Control and manage the quality document system (Document control).
  • 3. Budget, Tools, and Other Areas
  • • Maintain a record of various inspection tools and equipment within the quality unit and develop a maintenance plan for tools according to the specified timeline of the quality system.
  • • Request investment expenditure budgets, purchase order requests, and interim budgets, and maintain asset history records, such as asset transfer history within the unit and asset cancellation history.
  • • Write product requisition forms, purchase order requests, and advance payment requisition forms for various quality units.
  • • Review tools, prepare budgets, maintain asset history, and document equipment history.
  • • Other tasks as assigned.
