Job Description

  • Lab Analysis includes daily water treatment, daily wastewater testing, and analysis of water in steam generators, measuring turbidity, pH, conductivity, and analyzing chloride, hardness, P-Alk, M-Alk, TDS, chlorine, DO, sulfite, and phosphate. It also involves analyzing the sweetness of molasses by measuring % Brix, pH, and % acid, etc.
  • Quality Assurance includes random inspection of product components such as outer boxes, labels, inner boxes, old and new bottles, issuing ID CARD 01 and ID CARD 02, filling out HOLD slips for components and liquor, and arranging ID CARD 01 and ID CARD 02 (status check slips upon material receipt), etc.
