• - Regularly inspect the condition of the injection molding machine and molds to ensure they are always ready for use to prevent damage during production.
• - Conduct random quality checks of the produced items to ensure compliance with customer standards.
• - Record machine settings (conditions) and report production results for each shift.

• - Manufacture metal mold components using machining tools such as milling machines, lathes, grinders, or CNC according to engineering specifications.
• - Inspect, clean, and maintain molds according to the preventive maintenance plan (PM) to prevent premature damage.
• - Troubleshoot mold failures, disassemble components to replace worn parts.
• - Install molds on the press and verify proper setup before actual production.
• - Analyze and adjust molds when workpieces are deformed, out of specification, or defective.
• - Implement 5S methodology to maintain an organized workspace in accordance with standards.
