Job Description

  • Financial Consulting: Develop investment plans and recommend financial products (Investment & Financial Planning) such as mutual funds and life insurance to help clients achieve their financial goals - Loan Product Advisory: Offer home loans, personal loans, and auto loans to clients in need - Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Communicate, follow up, and manage existing client relationships to ensure the best service, as well as create new business opportunities - Transaction and Service Management: Provide general transaction services within the branch and resolve customer issues - Sales Generation: Promote the bank's products and services to achieve sales targets.
