Job Description

  • Designed and developed Work Instructions (WI) for the Packing process to ensure employees perform their tasks accurately and efficiently - Studied and established Standard Time for the production line to serve as a database for evaluating and improving processes - Reviewed and managed monthly inventory to ensure data accuracy and prevent issues of stock shortages or excess - Analyzed and identified waste (Muda) in the production process, presenting recommendations for eliminating unnecessary steps to the department head on a weekly basis.
