Job Description

  • Accurately and promptly receive payments for goods and services; supervise and schedule cashier work; verify daily cash balances and summarize sales reports; resolve immediate issues for customers and employees, including handling complaints and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations; verify the accuracy of payment information and sales records at every stage to prevent errors; support the front-line team in achieving efficiency and minimizing operational errors continuously according to work standards.
