Job Description

  • Manage purchasing of mechanical parts by sourcing suppliers and coordinating orders control delivery schedules from new model startup through mass production trial mass production and end of life phase to ensure timely supply issue purchase orders accurately in accordance with company procedures monitor and control payments to ensure correct and timely processing manage ECN activities by coordinating engineering change notices with relevant teams updating related documents and ensuring implementation aligns with production plans while maintaining communication with suppliers and internal departments to support smooth operations

  • Coordinate with the R&D team to request production formulas and process sequences ensure all required information is complete and aligned with production requirements monitor and track the implementation performance of new recipes and processes collect and analyze results to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement areas adjust and update production processes and recipes as needed to enhance efficiency quality and consistency coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement in production operations
